Let me ask you this ... What makes a successful entrepreneur?
Well for me is a successful entrepreneur in someone who earns six-digit or more per year of their company, about 3 to 4 days (or less) per week.
I call this "successful", because if they can make of a few hundred thousand per year of their company, and only a few days a week, they have a lot of great things in place ...
Not only in their business, but also in their personal life.
It tells me that they have fantastic in their business systems and staff members who are willing and able to work, even if the owner is not there.
And the company would have great information systems, providing the entrepreneur know everything that happens there (although they are not there)-so that they are still "' the company can determine.
They have excellent marketing and sales systems that day in and day out in the event of a tie, the ' ideal ' customers who would like to purchase from the company, at full price.
Plus because of the level of service and quality in the business customer loyalty and other people excited to refer to the company.
The entrepreneur must also be a high level of confidence in their personnel to the company-that gives me a few things.
Number 1, they have excellent staff recruitment and training their staff to build programs in competent team members.
And number 2 – they had a high level of emotional maturity to make it happen.
In their personal life, I would consider these entrepreneurs successful because they enough free time during the week would have to spend doing exercise to their own or their favorite hobbies.
This loads their "batteries" and keeps them fresh. So they seem to be always on the ball.
Plus, they have good spend quality time with their partner at home and family.
And that is of crucial importance.
Just ask anyone who led a marriage to break down, and/or illness due to stress.
You can see, growth of a company that takes your life-is very simple. most business owners reach within the first few weeks of start!
Growth of a company that also improves your lifestyle-is much more difficult.
But it is possible.
And that's what I am doing with the entrepreneurs who I work with.
We make a profitable growth, which is to improve their lifestyle
For me, it's over-business and life harmony.
So what is the underlying secret to get there?
Work for a better business person.
Every successful entrepreneur will tell you that this ...
It's not a thing that the difference in growth of your business.
It is a lot of things.
As you can see, most business owners wait for the order ' or the ' a great a great year the "one big staff member ', that make the difference.
The successful business owners know different.
The successful entrepreneurs know that they are a very business-an extraordinary businessman.
They know that if they want to grow up to 2 million dollars … they have to learn how to become a business owner's $ 2 million., and their entrepreneurial skills.
There are many skills.
You have to know how the product or service.
You need to know how to market your company
How to sell, how to search for suppliers, how to negotiate, hiring the people, how to make people, how to read and understand of the annual accounts, the list goes on and on and on.
Yet-it can be, and is simple ...When you learn how to do just this.
And that is my role with you.
You can see it as a business coach that my skill is the growth of your business, predictable, controllable and a hell of a lot easier.
All my clients will tell you that.

Well is this product or service only a part of your business. it is not enough.
Super successful entrepreneurs build their business in the first instance, on a good product or service. then when it comes time to grow ... they in areas of their business will grow.
Super successful business owners focus on areas that are most successful entrepreneur not neglect or are too busy to focus on.

o Operations
o people
o team building
o financial statement
o financial analysis
o taxes
o law
o technology
o Key Performance Indicators
o Business/life balance

All of these areas sound separately, but they are very connected to each other and dependent on each other. And as we travel by each session you will hear how each topic links to, and how much each topic depends on the other topics for his success.
That is what makes a great business person-with all the areas.
It may seem like a long list. like it or not do not worry. it is a list that I absolutely passionate about helping you with.
Because that is the first step to the growth of your business.
Work on your business, instead of networks in becoming a better business person.
